lemon sauce

The almighty ???? lemon sauce I made very superb!!! Lemon sauce ingredients! 2 lemon zest 140ml lemon juice 4 eggs 160g fine sugar 100g butter 1️⃣ add 160g sugar to lemon juice and heat 2️⃣ pour the heated mixture into the eggs one by one 3️⃣ put everything back in the pan while rubbing 4️⃣ heat until paste to remove from heat and add butter and lemon zest 5 ⃣️ wall breaker mash 2 to 3 minutes can make lemon sauce more delicate zippy smooth 。
