Gur Waly chawal
Ingredients:
Jaggery 1 Cup
Milk R water 1/2 Cup
Desi ghee 3-4 tbsp
Green cardamom 2-3
Cloves 3-4
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Dry Dates 6-7
Almonds peeled 15-20
Coconut 1/4 Cup
Rice basmati 1+1/2 Cup soaked and boiled until 3/4th done
Method of prepration:
✓ In Pan add jaggery and milk,mix well and cook until it melts.
✓ In other pan,add Desi ghee and let it melt.
✓ Add green cardamom, almonds ,cloves,fennel seeds,Dey Dates and coconut and fry for 1 minute.
✓ Now add melted jaggery+milk mixture and mix well.
✓ Add rice,give it a good and cook until it dries up.
✓ Add 2 tbsp of water cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
✓ Your Rice is ready.
