Dal Kaddu recipe
Ingredients:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Tomato 1 chopped
Water 2 glass
Lentils 1 cup
Lauki 1/2 kg
Chopped coriander 2tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 1
Method of Preparation:
✓ Add oil in a pan and let it heat up, add onion and fry it lightly.
✓ Then add ginger garlic pasta, green chili paste and fry for 2 to 4-5 seconds.
✓ Add turmeric, red chilli, salt and tomato and mix well, then add water and dal and cook fifty percent.
✓ Now add lauki to it and cook covered and keep moving the spoon in between.
✓ When ghee leaves, add Garam masala, coriander and serve.
