Satisfy your hunger with delicious sandwich
Ingredients:
Carrot 1/2
Capsicum half
Onion half
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Crushed red chilli 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Egg 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Bread slice 4
Cheese slice 2
Ketchup as per taste
Mayonnaise as per taste
Method of Preparation:
✓ Chop all the vegetables and put them in a bowl.
✓ Add chaat masala, red chilli, salt and black pepper powder eggs to it and mix them well.
✓ Now pour oil in a pan and cook the mixture on both sides.
✓ Then put bread slices in the same pan and brown it.
✓ Apply ketchup on top of the bread slice and place a patty of vegetables and cheese slice again Place a patty of vegetables.Add mayonnaise and cover with other bread slice.
