Yoga Exercises with the Frog Pose and Seated Side Lunge Pose
In this video, I will do some yoga exercises with the "frog" pose. I will do many different stretches while in this pose. From there, I will transition into a variation of the "seated side lunge" pose. While in the seated position, I will extend my leg outward to maximize the stretch. At the end of the exercise routine, I will do some basic cool down stretches for my arms.
