Cultivating life in another world

In the last years of his existence, Hiraku Machio was bedridden due to a terminal illness until he breathed his last. The injustice of his fate prompted a god to show him compassion and reincarnate him into a new world where he can lead a fulfilling life. Demanding to try farming, he is given an "Almighty Farming Tool" that can transform into any useful gadget he desires. Hiraku is transported to a seemingly uncivilized forest, where he intends to create a society from scratch by starting to farm and build. Little by little, he intends to transform the barren land into a thriving community.
