Creamy Lemon Mushroom Chicken
For marination of chicken:
2 chicken breast pieces
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1.5 tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp corn flour for crispy brown edges
For sauce:
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 chicken cube
4-5 mushrooms
3/4 cup milk
150 ml cream
2 tbsp lemon juice (adjust according to your taste).
Fresh parsley
