Vegetable biryani recipe
Ingredients:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1 Large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Potato 1 large
Mix Garam masala 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2
Capsicum 1 medium size
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Peas 1/4 cup
Imli 1 tbsp
aloo Bukhara 2
Water 1/2 cup
Tomato half
Rice boiled 1/4 done 1/2 kg
Tomato half
Mint chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
1 Lemon slices
Food color
Method of Preparation:
✓ Add oil and onion in a pan. Fry until golden brown.
✓ Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
✓ Add redd chilli powder salt turmeric powder and four tablespoon of water mix well.
✓ Add potato,mix well fry for 3-4 minutes.
✓ Now add Garam masala green chilli, capsicum, cabbage peas Imli and Dry plum give and good mix.
✓ Add water cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
✓ Add rice Tomato,Mint,coriander, lemon slices and food color.
✓ Cover and steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
✓ Mix rice and serve with Raita and Salad.
