Moong dal Bhajiya
Moong Dal Pakoda (Moong Dal Bhajia, Moong Dal Vada, Moongode) are Indian lentil fritters made using yellow moong dal and a few other simple ingredients. Serve them with green chutney for tea time snack (vegan, gluten-free).
Ingredients
2 cups Moong dal
½ cup Gram flour
2 tbsp whole coriander seeds
2 tsp black pepper corns
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp citric acid
Salt to taste
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Green chilly chopped
