Bread Gulab Jamun Recipe
Delicious gulab jamun made using bread and milk. White bread slices are soaked in milk and shaped into small balls. These are deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup till soft and spongy makes an easy dessert.
Ingredients
8 bread slices
1 tbsp (8gms) milk powder
½ cup (120ml) milk
1 cup (200gms) sugar
1 cup (240ml) water
½ tsp (2.5gms) cardamom powder
4-5 strands saffron/ kesar
Oil for frying
