Mango Doodh Seviyan
Ingredients:
Mango 1+1/2 cup
Sugar 5-6 tbsp or to taste
Ghee 2 tbsp
Almonds 3 tbsp
Dried coconut sliced 1 tbsp
Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Milk 1 litre
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Milk 4 tbsp
Mango cubes 1/2 cup
Chopped Almonds
Method of Preparation:
✓ In a jug,add mango and blend well to make a puree.
✓ In a pan,add pureed mango,sugar and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
In an other pan add ghee,Add vermicelli,dried coconut,almonds roast until changes color.
✓ In the same pan,add milk and bring it to boil.
✓ Add fried vermicelli & cook on medium low flame for 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl,add custard powder,milk mix well
✓ Now add dissolve custard in a milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.
✓ Add cooked mango puree and mix well.
✓ Let it cool while stirring at room temperature.
Add mango cube and mix gently.
✓ Garnish with mango and Almonds serve chilled
