Beef seekh Kabab
Ingredients:
Boneless beef with fat 500g
Garlic 8-9 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Green chillies 5-6
Fresh coriander and Mint leaves handful
Cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Onion grated and squeezed 2 medium
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
✓ In a chopper,add beef garlic,ginger,green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,cumin seeds,baking soda,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,onion,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt & chop until well combined.
✓ Marinate for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
✓ With the help of greased hands,take a mixture skew on skewer.
✓ In a frying pan,add Oil.
✓ Remove kababs from skewer and cook in pan from all sides until done.
✓ Serve with salad and chutney
