The Deputy Head of the President’s Office said 3 people were killed and 10 wounded in Kherson Oblast. Russia claims Kyiv is plotting a false flag in Kherson to blow up the former premises of Ukraine’s Security Council. Ukraine's SBU security service and police raided a 1,000-year-old Orthodox Christian monastery in Kyiv.
Meanwhile, Russian President Putin inaugurated two new nuclear icebreakers, that will make the Northern Sea Route navigable year-round. The UK Defense Ministry claims Russia is concerned about threats to its crucial naval base in Black Sea. Ukraine has slammed Hungarian PM Viktor Orban for wearing a scarf depicting some Ukrainian territory as part of Hungary.
