I Smoked a WHOLE ALLIGATOR + Made Gator Jerky

I always have a hard time explaining what alligator tastes like. It’s almost like a hybrid between chicken and fish (which I know sounds weird), but it’s actually delicious. It has a mild flavor and the texture is really great especially when smoked. If you’re able to get your hands on one, I highly recommend giving it a shot! In this video we also made alligator jerky. Between the thicker layers of fat, alligator meat is actually quite lean, which is ideal for making jerky.
