The Mallards are stuck in a rut. While dad Mack is satisfied to keep his family safe by floating about their New England pond indefinitely, mom Pam is keen to change things up and show their teen son Dax and duckling daughter Gwen the world. Pam persuades Mack to take a family trip to balmy Jamaica through New York City when a migrating duck family lands on their pond with amazing tales of far-flung places. The experience will encourage them to broaden their horizons, make new friends, and achieve more than they ever imagined possible, all while teaching them more about each other than they could have imagined.
