Oat bars - Crunchies
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
2 cups sugar
2 cups medium coconut
Mix all above together.
add 2 cups cake flour/all-purpose flour. And mix through.
250g butter
3 tblspns golden syrup/maple syrup
melt together over low medium heat. Then add the melted butter mixture to the dry ingredients & mix through.
2 cups berries of choice. (any added fruits, nuts or seeds are optional) mix through.
place mixture into baking tray & press down evenly.
bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
milk chocolate melted & drizzled onto crunchies.
