Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers, has recovered her identity from the despotic Kree and exacted revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. However, unanticipated consequences force Carol to bear the burden of a destabilized cosmos. When her responsibilities take her to an anomalous wormhole connected to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entwined with those of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel and Carol's estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau.
