Ira spoke to comedians Chuck Nice, Kasha Patel, and Kyle Marian Viterbo about their work bringing a joke format to science communication. Although the three have different approaches to science—whether it is tucking knowledge into “regular” jokes, or directly into factual jugulars—they agree that stand-up practices have a lot in common with scientific processes.
