A Copper Coin's Destiny

Akbar once invited Birbal to his court and held a long conversation there. Birbal bowed after they finished talking and turned to go away. A copper coin suddenly slipped out of his pocket. An angry court member remarked, "Your Majesty, you have showered Birbal with wealth, yet he remains a miser" as Birbal bowed to pick up the coin. He seeks out a copper coin. Birbal observed Akbar getting frustrated by the courtier's remark. "Your Majesty, one side of the coin has your face on it," he remarked at once.
