Standing Bow Pulling Pose: Dandayamana Dhanurasana I’m not the best at this one, but it is great if you have a lateral thoracic spinal curvature like myself. If you notice the second time I perform the pose on the other side, it is more difficult for me and I cannot go as deep into the pose. This is due to levoscoliosis in my thoracic spine from an old injury as a kid. I have to work daily to prevent it from getting worse and thus improve my health. #yoga #legs #stretch #spine #mondragon
