HELD FOUR AUTOMOBILE THEFT OFFENDERS GANG - RECOVERD (09) TWO WHEELERS & NET CASH OF Rs. 1 LAKH- TOTAL WORTH OF Rs. 06 LAKH. The Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Husaini Alam Police have apprehended an Automobile theft offenders gang consisting (01) major and (03) CCLs who committed theft of two wheelers under the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate - Seized (09) Two wheelers and net cash of Rs. one Lakh - Total worth of Rs. 06 Lakhs. Details of the accused:- 1. Farhan Ahmed, age : 20 yrs, Occ: Auto Denting work, R/o Phoolbagh, Chandrayanagutta, Hyderabad, 2. CCL-1 3. CCL-2 4. CCL-3 5. Younus – Absconding Seized property : 1. Two Wheelers - 09 2. Net cash of Rs. 1 Lakh BRIEF FACTS :- The A1 Farhan Ahmed is resident of Phoolbagh, Chandrayanagutta who is eking his livelihood by doing Auto denting work. As his earnings are not sufficient for his lavish life styles and desire to ride different bikes, he started theft of motorcycles along with other accused persons. They have committed theft of total (09) motorcycles under the limits of Hussaini Alam, Charminar and Kamatipura Police Stations by using duplicate keys. After committing theft, they modify it or remove the number plates for escaping from police. MODUS OPERENDI:- The accused and other CCLs are wandering in the streets during day and late night hours to find out the motor cycles to commit theft by using duplicate keys or break the handle locks in whatever possible means. Today, basing on credible information, the South Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad along with Hussaini Alam Police have apprehended the above said persons and recovered the stolen vehicles and net cash of Rs. 1 lakh. Efforts are under progress to apprehend the absconding accused Younus. The apprehended accused and seized property handed over to SHO Hussaini Alam PS for further investigation. The above offenders were apprehended by Sri Y. Ajay Kumar, Inspector of Police, South Zone and SIs S/Sri G. Anjaneyulu, K. Narsimulu, N.
