Ahmed Saadi R/o Barkas, Hyderabad A3 Abdullah Saadi S/o Ahmed Saadi R/o Barkas, Hyderabad A6 Mohammed Ayub Khan S/o Late Mohammed Iqbal Khan, Age: 20 yrs. Occ: Salesman at Cloth Shop, R/o H no. 23-6-316, Sultan Shahi, Moghalpura, Hyderabad Absconding persons: A4 Saleh Saadi S/o Ahmed Saadi R/o Barkas, Hyderabad A5Omer Saadi R/o Barkas, Hyderabad The facts of the case are that On 11.08.2023 at about 00.17 hours one known rowdy sheeter by name Shaik Sayeed Bin Abdul Rahmaan Bawazeer, Age.27 yrs, Occ Business, R/o H.No.18-11-119, Barkas, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad was killed at 1" floor of the Buftaim building, Near Royal Sea Hotel Bandlaguda X Road, Hyderabad, and on the complaint of father of deceased, a murder case has been registered and investigated into. Under the supervision of DCPSri Ch.Rupesh, of South East Zone, and ACP Chandrayangutta, the Inspector of police, of PS Bandlaguda, hasconducted investigation and made strenuous efforts which resulted identification of the accused persons involved in the murder, subsequently the accused persons A1 toA3 and A6 were arrested and recorded their confessions and seized one knife at the instance of A1. MOTIVE AND MODUS OPPERANDI: The deceased Shaik Bawazeer, a rowdy sheeter of PS Chandrayangutta, was previously involved in (9) Cases in different police station of Hyderabad and Rachakonda in which (3) POCSO cases were registered against him. The accused Al Ahmed Bin Hajeb, who was a rowdy sheeter of PS Bhavani Nagar, who was involved in (6) cases of different police station of Hyderabad and Cyberabad. In the year 2021 while the deceased was in Chanchalguda Jail, in connection with a POCSO Case registered at PS Chandrayangutta, he happened to meet with A1 who too was in jail in connection with a case registered with PS Mirchowk, and they both developed friendship. After release from jail, both the deceased and accused A1 had continued their friendship, during which the deceased has lured the accused A1 and committed unnatural with him. The deceased started forcing the accused A1 to bring his friends to him for satisfying his unnatural lust, due to which the accused A1 brought his friend to the deceased, who committed unnatural with him. The deceased has tried to commit unnatural with A6, but the later refused. On knowing the relationships between the A1 and Deceased AZ to A has hatched a conspiracy to eliminate the deceased with the help of A1 and A6 to settle the personal grudges between the A2 family and deceased. On thorough investigation sa far, It has revealed that, deceased has been making videos of adverse statements on the family of A2, A3, A4 about their political positions and defaming them in public regularly through news channels and social media The accused AS (Omer Sadi)who is also the relative of A1 and A4 family took the accused A1 to Barkas area, and got introduced to A2 to A4, and the accused A1 to AS have made criminal conspiracy to kill deceased without arousing any suspicion, further A2 to A4 have offered Rs.13 lakhs to the accused A1, if he succeeds in killing deceased, they would pay him, but their names shall not come out. This plan has been informed to A6 Ayyub who in turn assisted the A1 to carry out murder. Pursuant to their evil design and conspiracy, the accused A1 procured one knife. and took the support of A6 and to divert the attention of motive behind the plan of killing the deceased, threatened and forced one Saud who is cousin of A1 to come with himto the deceased office on the pretext of unnatural with deceased and subsequently on 9/8/2023 the accused A1 contacted with deceased over phone several times, and informed about bringing a boy named Saud, with whom the deceased has previously participated in unnatural , thereupon deceased asked A1 to bring the boy to his office: On 10/8/2023 night the accused A1 along with Saud and A6 has started on two bikes, and one the way A1 procured chilli powder, and reached to the office of deceased at about 11-40 pm while A5 was waiting outside of the office, the accused A1 along with Saud gone into the office of deceased, where the deceased has committed unnatural with boy Saud by keeping A1 outside. After sometime the accused AT who is preplanned to kill deceased, have sprinkled chilli powder in the eyes of deceased, but the deceased saved himselt, and at the same movement, the accused A1 removed knife from his waist and stabbed deceased indiscriminately causing his spot death. After killing deceased, A1 along with A6 and boy Saud sped on their vehicles The arrested accused A1 to A3 and A6 are being produced before the court for remand, and further investigation will be carried out as pert merits and facts with the proper evidence, Efforts are in progress to arrest the remaining accused A4 and A5, In this context, CV Anand IPS Commissioner of Police has appreciated the Investigation team for unearthing the details of murder case and solved the case with less time (Ch.Rupesh, IPS.)
