Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie plot George and Harold are two troublemakers known to all their teachers for being disruptive and rude. They love to play pranks on the helpless students and teachers at school. In addition, they also make comics under the name "The Adventures of Captain Underpants". They have many enemies, but the one who hates them the most is the headmaster, Mr. Krupp. When they're in trouble again, George decides to use his 3D Hypno ring to help Mr. Krupp into their own superhero, Captain Underpants.
