"Midnight is just the beginning." Cinderella (Lily James) is an orphaned child who is unfairly treated by her stepmother (Cate Blanchett) and stepsisters (Sophie McShera and Holliday Grainger). One day, in the woods, she meets a charming stranger with whom she feels an immediate affinity.
