Firing Accused Arrested By Miyapur Police

N/o Shikarbali Village, PS Baraipur, 24 Paranala, Kolkata, West Bengal State 3) NAME OF THE ACCUSED PERSON: Rathish Nair S/o Ramakrishna Nair, age: 42 yrs, occ: Ex-General Manager at Sandharshini Elite Hotel, Miyapur R/o Opp Hyderabad Biryani, Old Mumbay Road, Vemkunta, Chandanagar, N/o Durga Nivas, Perumudiyoor Muthuthala, Palakkad, Ph: 9995601746 3) Brief fact of the Case: Facts of the case are that the accused Rathish Nair S/o Ramakrishna Nair, age: 42 yrs, Occ: Ex- Manager, N/o Durga Nivas, Perumudiyoor Muthuthala, Palakkadand, deceased Sri. Debendar Gayen S/o Biswanath Gayen, age: 35 yrs, N/o Shikarbali Village, PS Baraipur, 24 Paranala, Kolkata, West Bengal State both are friends and colleagues in Sandharshini Elite Hotel, Miyapur, Hyderabad. There was a competition between both for the post of General Manager, and due to which both of them used to have frequent fights. Due to Deceased good association with owner of Hotel and productive work, he is promoted as General Manager instead of accused due to which accused had a fight with deceased and created ruckus. ​Due to his bad behaviour he is terminated from his job. Accused bore grudges on deceased & swore to see his end. Subsequently he procured a country made weapon and watched over deceased with intension to kill. Yesterday on 23-08-2023 at 2140 hours accused waited for deceased outside of the hotel & once he came out, accused opened fire on him & fired (6) rounds and absconded. As per the contents of the above complaint a case was registered vide Cr no: 952/2023 U/s 302 IPC and Section 25 (1), (A) ARMS Act 1959 has been registered at Miyapur PS, Cyberabad. The accused person was arrested on: 24.08.2023 at 15:00 hrs and he is being produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri. Nandyala Narsimha Reddy Addl Dy Commissioner of Police Madhapur, Sri Narayana, Addl DCP SOT, Sri.
