• Tindey - 500 grams
• Salt - as required
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
• Amchur powder - ½ teaspoon
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
• Sambar masala powder - 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
• Asafoetidas - ¼ teaspoon
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons
• Cumin seeds -s - 1 teaspoon
• Ginger - 1 inch
• Green chillies - 2
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup
