Eggs-Pensive Salad
INGREDIENTS
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 cup of cooked Macaroni Pasta
Chopped Veggies: Onions, Green Onions, Red & green Peppers
A pinch of Salt & Black Pepper
Mayo and Mustard
In a food processor or with a sharp knife
Chop the eggs up in a food processor with the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, add the cooked pasta, veggie mix, and egg mix together. With a fork mix all the ingredients and serve.
