EU warns of 'annihilation' if Russia use nuclear weapons in Ukraine

The European Union's foreign policy chief has warned Moscow that its forces would be "annihilated" if it used a nuclear weapon in Ukraine. William Alberque from the International Institute for Strategic Studies tells The World global leaders "need to demonstrate that it's not going to be tolerated".
