Russia & Ukraine Have Artillery Problems Untrained Gunners Or Depleted Stocks
Russian troops were accused of ineptly handling high-tech Russian artillery systems, by a pro-Kremlin separatist. Russia has reportedly lost more artillery in Ukraine than what many western armies possess, according to analysts. Kremlinās artillery system was considered a key element to turn the tides of war, owing to its quick response against threats. However, inadequate training and short supplies have been linked to Russiaās artillery system failing on the battlefield. Meanwhile, Ukraine is also burning out of artilleries due to overuse with an estimated one-third of 350 West-supplied howitzers out of action. Earlier, western-made artilleries gave Ukraine a lifeline when their Soviet-era howitzers ran low on ammunition.
