The Simpsons predicts the future, as Kishida eats Fukushima fish The American cartoon, The Simpsons, has done it again and predicted the most recent event to take place in Japan. An episode, which aired in 1990, titled ‘Two Cars In Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish’ portrayed satire of the political world. The episode starts with Bart catching a three-eyed fish in a river near Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, which triggers a safety inspection of the plant.
