500 people vaccinated for diphtheria before they left Manston migrant centre, says health secretary

Health officials have raised concerns that some migrants have been moved from a processing centre in Kent to other parts of the country while suffering from suspected diphtheria. Health secretary Steve Barclay says there has been "targeted action" at Manston processing centre.
