Britain's foreign secretary travelled to Kyiv to meet the Ukrainian leadership and promise the UK’s support for as long as it takes to defeat Russia’s brutal efforts to break the country’s resolve. In his first visit to Ukraine since his appointment, Cleverly met President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and the foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba.
