Russia Prevents Terror Attacks, Ukraine Resumes Blackouts
Emergency blackouts resumed across Ukraine on November 28 amid increasing power deficit, as per officials. On November 27, Russia claimed to have intercepted a US-made Excalibur precision-guided artillery munition in the Sumy region. Ukraine says a Russian warship capable of firing cruise missiles has recently been deployed to the Black Sea with Kalibr-type missiles on board.
Meanwhile, Russia’s federal security service FSB says it prevented a series of terrorist attacks at crowded places in the Zaporizhzhia region. Russian MP Andrei Gurulyov said Russia will "finish off" Ukraine's power grid and then target its banking system.
