Amaury challenge chocolate

This chocolate creation is the largest and most challenging piece I have ever done. It weighs 550lbs (250kg) and has an imposing height of 8ft (2,44m). It took me a total of 10 days from start to finish. I love the way it turned out! There is truly no limit to what can be done with chocolate! moins
