Maria Londa failed to present a medal for Indonesia in the women's long jump at the 2023 Asian Games. Having been declared invalid in the second and third jumps, this athlete from Bali finally recorded the best jump of 6.25 meters in the fifth attempt. However, this record is still far from the first place won by home athlete Xiong Shiqi who jumped 6.73 meters. Indian athlete Ancy Sojan Edappily won silver with 6.63 meters, while Hong Kong athlete Nga Yan Yue won bronze with 6.50 meters.
