Up to 1000 ethnic-Armenians left in Nagorno-Karabakh, UN says

Between 50 to 1000 ethnic-Armenians could still be in Nagorno-Karabakh which came under full Azerbaijan control last month, the UN has said. The visit by the UN followed a mass exodus of ethnic-Armenians from the territory. Armenia is now dealing with the biggest refugee crisis it has seen for decades. The UN mission visited the enclave on 1 October to report on the remaining population of ethnic-Armenians.
