Tuna Sisig
Ingredients:
- Tuna sashimi portion
- Flour, egg, panko
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 4 chili peppers, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 4 pcs chicken liver, seared and chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Toppings & Garnish:
- Japanese mayo
- Spring onions, chopped
- Egg yolk
