Korean Army Stew (Budae Jjigae) | Easy meals w/ friends
Ingredients used:
- 1 can luncheon meat (sliced)
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 1 head chinese cabbage
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 5 slices korean fish cake
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- Korean vienna sausage
- 1 onion leek (chopped)
- Stock of your choice (chicken/beef/pork)
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- Kimchi
- Watercress
- Cheese slices
Sauce:
- 4 tbsp gochugaru (korean red pepper flake)
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves grated garlic
