A Mother Keeps Her Daughter Locked At Home For 17 Years By Drugging Her

The movie begins with a group of doctors attempting to save a baby, who seems to have been born prematurely. In another room, the baby’s mother Diane Sherman is praying to god to save her daughter. The baby survives. A nurse takes Diane to meet her new born daughter, lying in an incubator surrounded by hospital staff. Diane breaks into tears after seeing her daughter. The little girl is suffering from everything under the sun.
