2 cups half & half
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella
2 cups cheddar
1 cup parmesan
1 cup Monterey Jack
1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 lb lobster
1/2 lb crab meat
1 Tsp lobster base
1-2 tbsps sour cream
Lemon Bae, AP, Smoked paprika
1/4 cup sherry wine
chopped parsley
