2 1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 1/2 sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
6 tsp curry powder ( 1 tsp for onion, 5 tsp for beef)
1 tsp paprika
4 tsp soy sauce
4 tsp dark soy sauce
3/4 cup water
5 tbsp oil for cooking
