Shrimp Egg Rolls
1. Shrimp - Tail on peel & deveined. Cut small lines in shrimp so it can lay flat.
2. Season with any seasoning of choice! I used Salt, Japanese 7 Spice, and Dried Cilantro. (Any seasonings such as onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika all go well). Rub seasoning into shrimp with oil.
3. Egg Roll Wrappers - cut diagonally down the middle, then roll shrimp with tail sticking out. Seal with water.
4. Fry in oil over medium heat. Once golden set on drip rack to drain any excess oil.
5. I paired my egg rolls with Sweet Chili sauce.
