IDF describes ground invasion as 'phase two' of war

A ground invasion into Gaza is underway, where troops and tanks can be seen entering the northern edge and further south in the mid point of the Gaza Strip. NBC's Richard Engel reports that the IDF claims this to be "phase two" of the war, and the start of a potentially long phase of the operation.
