Ingredients - 8 Strips of Cut bacon 3 Cut Scallions 2 Tbsp Parsley Shrimp Seasoning 10-20 Pieces of Shrimp 1 Tsp Lemon Pepper 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes 1 Tsp Garlic Pepper 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika Pinch of Cayenne Pepper & Creole Seasoning Grits 1 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper & Salt 1 Tsp Creole Seasoning 1 Cup Grits 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Subjective and Optional) 2 Tbsp Butter Sauce For the sauce it’s a process, cook the bacon on low until crispy and then remove the bacon from the pan and then we’re going to add in the shrimp to the bacon grease and cook that for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and add 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream. Mix until combined and that’s the sauce. Enjoy
