This Honey Lemon Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients:
Season 15-18 XL Jumbo Raw shrimp with:
( be sure to pat shrimp dry with a paper towel after cleaning )
1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
*Adjust seasonings to your preference *
-Add in two eggs and mix well
In a ziploc bag add:
1/2 c. Cornstarch
1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
*Adjust seasonings to your preference *
-Coat shrimp in flour mixture and shake off excess flour before frying. Fry in high heat oil until golden brown. I used vegetable oil, you can use whatever you like. Fry for 2-3 min on each side.
Honey Lemon Pepper Sauce
1/2 c. Frank’s Red Buffalo Sauce
2-3 tbsp honey
Juice from 1/2 a large lemon
1/2 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
*Adjust seasonings to your preference *
Toss shrimp in sauce and enjoy
