1/4 tsp onion powder
14 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Sauce:
4 tbsp dark soy or reg soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp water
