This Cajun Lobster Dip is The Truth
Cheese Ingredients:
8 oz of Softened Cream Cheese (room temperature)
2 Cups of Shredded Gruyère Cheese (save a little for the topping)
1 Tbsp Kewpie Japanese Mayo (or regular mayo)
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp of Fresh Minced Scallions (about 2 stalks)
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
A Few Dashes of Sauce (Louisiana)
3/4 Cup White Breadcrumbs or White Panko Breadcrumbs
Lobster Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Lobster Meat or about (5) 6 oz Lobster Tails (peeled from the shell, cleaned and chopped into big pieces)
4 Tbsp Butter
1 Shallot (minced)
4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Tarragon (minced)
1/2 Cup Seafood Stock
*1 Tsp of Melted Butter (to drizzle on top on the lobster dip before baking/optional)
*1 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (to drizzle on top on the lobster dip before baking/optional)
*½ Tsp Paprika (to sprinkle on top on the lobster dip before baking/optional)
