For the Crepes:

* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
For the Chicken Filling:
* 2 Chicken breasts
* 1 tbsp Olive oil
* 1/2 Onion
* 1/2 Green bell pepper
* 1/2 Red bell pepper
* 1/2 Yellow bell pepper
* 1/2 Orange bell pepper
* 2 cloves Garlic
* 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
* 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
* 1/2 tsp Paprika
* 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1/4 tsp Black pepper
* 1/2 cup White sauce
* 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
For White Sauce:
* 2 tbsp Butter
* 2 tbsp Flour
* 2 cups Milk
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1/4 tsp Black pepper
