Several Ukrainian embassies abroad have received "bloody packages" containing animal eyes. The UK’s Defense Ministry said Russia cannot restart “effective large-scale offensive ground operations” due to munitions shortage.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Air Force successfully carried out the test launch of a new missile from its air defence system. Finnish PM Sanna Marin has said that Europe would be "in trouble" without US assistance amid the Ukraine war.
