PASTA AL FORNO
Ingredients:
1 pack of rigatoni 1 pound ground veal 1 tsp of fennel seeds 5 tbs of olive oil
3 French shallots, sliced
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbs of explosivo (You can use a spicy seasoning blend)
1/2 cup of tequila or vodka (optional, for added flavor)
Salt to taste
1 can of San Marzano crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of cooking cream
1 cup of cubed smoked cacciocavallo or smoked mozzarella
1/2 cup spicy bread crumbs
Stracciatella cheese and parsley for topping
